There is no noise from the siren or light form indicator. Did I do something wrong or dose this thing really suck that bad. Any help would be great

You'll need to provide a little more information so we can help. What is a Freedom 500?

The first step, though, would be to go back and carefully test everything.

Just get the unit's brain out, and touch your meter or test light's probe right to the terminals on your alarm.........just take the time and test every single wire that you have connected....it is likely that one of them has a problem. Is there really power on the power wire? Does the ignition wire really test as ignition? And so on....just go through them all until you find an error.

Also, if you did make a mistake, and especially if the unit isn't operating anymore, it is likely that a fuse has blown.

The Freedom 500 is a car alarm made by Omega. I checked the fuses and the shock sensor has power I will go check the wires with a meter now. Thank you.

I just installed an alarm on a 92 integra. When I arm it the tail lights, gauge cluster light up, but not the head lights and they also don't work when I thurn them on from the knob. Any suggestion with whats going on.

Did you check the wiring?  (I have a '91 Integra)Upon arming, the parking lights should flash-so when you turn on the "parking lights" @ the switch/knob, it'll turn on the gauge cluster, tail lights and parking lights up front.  It shouldn't "flash" the headlights, unless it was wired too...

Right. My question is that the parking light up front doesn't work when I arm the alarm where its supposed to flash and don't turn on @ the knob. The guage and tail light do just not up front.
