I am installing a remote starter in a 95 chevy van. Wiring diagram calls out a pink wire for the starter, however, I can find no pink wire. I have even disconnected the wiring harness and the van still starts.
This is a conversion van. Could it have been altered for some reason?
Any help would be appreciated.

Is it a express or astro conversion?Chevy starter wire is usually yellow,I thinkposted_image

The PURPLE ire should be the STARTER wire on the conversion vans.

ignition wire is pink, start is yellow

may have 2nd ing wire, WHITE
