Our shop is going to start to offer alarms/rs and i was just wondering what everyones opinion on brand was for the ease of installation and least amount of comebacks???

The AutoStart, Direct Starts are good systems with both companies offering 3 year warranties and great tech support.

DEI Viper or Python alarms are awesome!  The best tech support(if needed), and very reliable.  Lifetime warranty on product installed by authorized dealers.

DEI and IC Dynamics both offer a good line.  Have had a lot of success with both.  Do not recommend the icd 3 in 1 modules.  They have had some problems.
