Im a newbie and need help with installation. I hooked up all the wiring and only managed to get the parking light working.

1. Actuator didnt work. I have the 2 wires actuator and connected them to the unlocked/lock motor wires (common 30) on the brain. Didnt use the lock/unlock switch (NC 87a) , as im using an aftermarket actuator. The Blue Connector left with 2 wires, unlock/lock (NO 87) which i wired to 12volt constant. The manual stated that "coil contracts are not needed as they are controlled within the main unit"

2. I connected the (-ve) trigger input and (-) trunk trigger input to the right wires on my Honda CRX. Checked the color of wires too. I left the (+ve) trigger input unwired.

3. Didnt understand whats the Ignition Input (White) wire for.  Left unconnected.

Help and explanation would greatly appreciated. Thank you!

1. If this has internal relays for an actuator wire it up like this

  • Common 30 from harness goes to BLUE and GREEN wires on the actuators. One for each
  • 87 N/O goes to 12 volts power
  • 87a N/C goes to GROUND

2. (-) trigger input is for the doors and the (-) trigger trunk goes to the light in the trunk. Make sure that the trunk light is a (-) trigger system as well off the light switch. If not use a relay and reverse polarity

3. Ignition input goes to the BLACK / YELLOW wire at the ignition harness or a switched ignition fuse by the fuse panel. THis is to let the alarm know that the car is running and the system will not arm when running.
