And What is the BLACK/ Green wire from the Ignition Switch Harness is that the other accessory wire,

First off if you had "someone else" install it, why would "you" have to tap into anything. Your installer is an idiot to say the least. Just by taking two diodes and a relay their problem would be solved. This kinda stuff really makes me upset.....

Someone pass me that bottle.
Take your car back to the dealer and have them fix it. If thry are complete idiots not to check the car before they finish it and return to the customer, then they should pay for their mistake. Take it back and they should fix that immediately. Those kind of people should not be in business because they do not know what the hell they are doing.

So i found out why the radio and heater don't work on the remote start. the Heater/ACC wire coming off the remote start doesn't give no volts when the car is remote started. Now is that a problem with the brain. I wrote the company that i bought it from, but still no response. is there any way i could just wire up a relay to power the ACC wire without haveing to send the alarm back.

You can wire up a relay using the ingition output on the alarm because as far as I am understanding the ACC cirucit from the brain is fried. Here is what to do. Buy a releay and hook it up the following way.
85 - ingnition output from alarm
86 - ground
30 - high current 12v source fused
87 - ACC wire leading off of the ignition
87a - not used
Hope this helps!
