can someone show me how to hook up a remote start... i mainly need to know how to hook up the relay and starter part,,the manual dosnt say want kinda relay to use,, the system is a car-pro autopage cpx-rs1.  also could use a wiring diagram. the vehicle is an 89 honda civic hb.  never installed a remote start before but have installed alarms though, so I do have some knowledge.be easier if i can get a step by step instruction ,,well  thankyou for your help.

thats like asking for step by step instructions on how to disassemble a telescope :)  there's way more to it than just a few "instructions".  suggest you let a professional installer do the job for you.  even on a technically simple car like yours, there are too many ways to make mistakes that could be costly.

sowwie..my main question,.was really about the ignition part with the relay..the remote start didnt tell me what kinda of relay to use..but i went i got the 30amp relay with the 5 prong.  i have the rest hooked up, the lights, brakes..etc.. any help or links on any car done will be appreciated
