i did a rs in a 2003 mustang 5 spd and ran into a problem i diode isolated the seperate triggers wire but after 1/2 hour the vehicle checks the doors and takes it out of sequencing so no remote start i now know you have to relay isolate the wires. Have some ideas about doing this but some input would be appreciated.

Wire a relay as follows:
86 - door trigger wires from car, diode isolated from each other of course.
85 - constant +12v
87 - ground
30 - to door trigger input of remote start.

The pulse the car sends out to the door triggers during the check isn't strong enough to trigger the relay.

thanks for the info thats what i had in mind but i wasn't 100% on whether the gem would trigger the relay
