I got mannix alarm and When i connected all the wires it wouldent start. I have a manual transmition. Well there is a jumper of choice manual or automatic. I switched to auto and the car started but dies in 2 seconds.. Does any one knows whats the problem.

Yup, check thtat you properly learned the tach and make sure that the car had reached the LOWEST possible RPM before you learn the tach.
