My alarm does not honk horn or blink lights when disarming. Is there something I could do or is this just the way the alarm is made. It does blink parking light when arming. Is their something not hooked up.

had a similar problem with an audiovox aps 785 i unplugged the modules power harness and then i waited a few minutes and plugged it back in tech service said it was "a voltage spike or a multiple number of things" that caused it.
