does anyone know the wire color for the fuel pump in a 99 dodge intrepid? and also does anyone know a good kill switch trick to use for it? something like having to hold the lither in to start the car or something like that

Not sure what a "lither" is....
You can't put it on a momentary switch, because as soon as you release the switch the fuel pump would become disabled again.
