I need some feedback (good or bad) on the ultra start units.
i am thinking about picking up the line for retail.

aslo need info about the tech support.

I have had goo luck with them. I prefer the Auto Start's because the programming is not as intense and time consuming as the Ultra Starts. That's my opinion about them though. Otherwise they have great range and very good installer options. Not sure about the tech support though because I'm not a dealer, I just install them once in a while when someone brings them to me.

They are very good and good profits no hassle warranty and the cost is cheap email me for distributor name and ###  tech support is also very good and they are open saturdays till 3PM mountain

Products works great....great range, 1000+ ft, easy to install....cheap to buy if you are buying good volume and have the right distributors.
I think the programming is easy, as long as you hook up the horn wire. Tons of programming options....lot of options DEI doesn't have. 15 or 30 second delay for diesels if you don't have a wait to start wire you can tap into.
They don't have too many people working in tech support....or at least they didn't last winter when we actually had to call them last....always talk to Gary :)
