Same as a venture.

Here ya go:

12v+ - red - Ignition harness

Ignition - Pink - Ignition Harness

Second Ignition - White - ignition harness

Accessory - orange - Ignition harness

Starter - yellow - Ignition Harness

Parking Lights - brown(+) - drivers Kick panel

Lock - RED / black(-) - drivers kick panel

Unlock - ORANGE / black(-) - drivers kick panel

Arm/disarm - works with lock and unlock, dont worry about it

Trunk release - Blue(+) - passenger kick panel

OEM Horn - black(-) - steering column harness

headlights - yellow(+) - headlight switch

brakes - white(+) - at pedal

will be an immobilizer system likely. So you will probably need an extra key to disarm the ignition.

i did one today,,,i'll see if i can remember it off my head.

It had pkg3 transponder.  I used a automobility PKG5 bypass, that is what was recommended.

12v- red and RED / white -ignition harness

ignition 1- pink -ignition harness

ignition2- cant remember

starter- yellow -ignition harness

accessories- orange -ignition harness

brake wire- white - at brake switch

parking light-brown -at blue plug right beside parking brake

tac wire-  white -in harness that crosses the top of the engine on the passenger side  ( in 1 inch split loom )

lock- blue - drivers door boot

unlock -white- driver door boot

disarm- ORANGE / black- driver door boot

* be shure to put in a relay for the 2nd ignition if you have a starter moduel with 1 ignition output.

hummmmm, my memory is pretty good after a 12 hour shift, lol

If there is no factory car alarm installed, do I still have to use a bypass?

ya, that bypass is to make the vehicle think the starter is a coded key...if not it will shut off

Immobilizer system? Extra key to disarm the system?

Not sure what you are talking about. There is no alarm system installed, the only thing that I can tell is this has is keyless entry. No special keys.

the black handle on the key will be large if it's an immobilizer, also security and ignition security are two different things, even the base models will have some type of ignition lock system. just look at the key, if it has a little square with steel contacts on each side it is a passlock, if it has a large base, it is immobilizer

I looked at the key, under the black rubber there is an electrical contact? Now my question is how do I hook up the remote starter to by pass this? The starter is a DesighTech Basic remote starter Model: 20023.

Thanks

Now I have the bypass, its a DEI 555G.  Do I use the Fuel Enable Connections, or the Class 2 Data Connections?

Thanks
