installing remote start in this car. went well but the door security . every info sheet  i get has the light green wire under the rear seat / or in the left kickpanel . dosnt seem to be there or maybe im testing it wrong. imust ad that the key cylinders in the doors dont disarm the system when sounding. pretty screwwd up eh! any help would be appreciated. richi

All my notes tell me the same thing. IT's in either one of those two places. LIGHT GREEN (-) trigger disarm.

are you talking about the factory disarm wire? It's light green... my notes say say under rear seat by battery. That's what i got as notes

drivers side door jam, light green, its hard to get the wire into the car use some grabbers to get it threw. best of luck. those cars are one of the ones i hate for starters

i just did a 1996, when i took the rear seat off there was a green wire looking right at me so i used it and it worked.  the car should have a 5wi unlock and negative unlock, and if you cant find a door trigger in the kickpanel, use a courtesy light.  the white wire is a neg. trigger.
