Hi, the locks in that truck are a 5-wire reverse polarity which requires the use of 2 relays.  These wires are pink/violet(unlock),  ORANGE / violet(lock) and can be found in the drivers kick, or pass. kick.  The diagram to wire these relays up are usually included with the alarm install guide. Or follow this:

Locate the 2 Lock wires, cut them in half.  One side of the wire is your motor side , and the other side is the switch side.

85&87- 12 volts constant (fused!)

86- lock output from alarm.

30- Lock side of the cut wire

87a- switch side of the cut wire

****If you blow the fuse on your relays, reverse the wires on 30 and 87a****

Good luck,  hope this helps.

youll have to use two relays, or get a dei 451m.

youll have a switch side that will show 12 volts all the time, and a motor side that will show nothing.  you can go to directed.com and get the manual for the 451m and follor that too.

Use the following for your lock hookup. You will need relays. https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#5w

instead of building your own harnesses, you can get pre-wired dual relay sockets (p/n DLS for me) that will do a host of doorlock systems, depending on application.  Makes 5 wire locks like you have MUCH quicker to do, as ALL of the pin connections are done for you already.  And its only a few cents more than a pair of single relay harnesses....

OK, go to a local alarm, retailer and get a DEI 451M and yes you do have to buy this and it does not come with the alarm.  This unit retail for around $20-$30 and make 5-wire door lock very simple.
