Sorry for the newbie-esqe questions.  I have a Viper 791XV alarm installed in my Infiniti I30t.  I've been playing with the alarm options and I think I kinda misconfigured it.  When I start the car, the doors lock.  Good.  When I shut off the car, the door don't unlock.  Bad.  Also, when the alarm passively arms, the doors don't lock.  Really bad.  Everything else seems to be working fine.  The doors lock/unlock actively with no problems (I thought I mistakenly turned off double pulse locking, but since they work with the remote, I didn't think that was it).  Which menu options should I look at?  I have ignition controlled door locks turned (Option 1-3) on and I have passive locking (1-4) turned on.  I don't have a bitwriter.  I was doing the programming with the valet switch.  Let me add, the installer didn't turn on the passive arming which is why I went to program this myself.  Now, it does passively arm.  It just doesn't lock.  Also, the ignition controlled lock/unlock did work until I putzed around with it.

Thanks.

If you have your install manuel look up these options on page 44...

check option 1-4 (ignition controled unlock)You want this turned on

check option 1-5 (active/passive locking) You want passive locking

hope this helps
