I was just wandering I have an alarm for my blazer that i am going to install and it has to wires one for a 500mA channel 2 output and one for a 500mA channel 3 output where do i need to hook these wires up to or do i even need to use them?

Those wires are for accessories like trunk pop or window modules. They don't need to be hooked up, but if you do you will probably need relays.

I have a Dual stage shock sensor for my alarm were is the best place to mount it on an s-10 blazer?

i tied one up on a harness to the left of the steering colum,  i used zipties to secure it to a trunk of wires and the piece of the dash frame right next to it.

you dont have to use those outputs for anything but if you do, make sure you use a relay.  those wires are for the control circuit of a relay, they cant drive anything and if they do youll damage the brain.

were exactly is the pin switch located on vehicles? and does the pre warn wire from the alarm system go to the horn?

Pin switch generally refers to the door trigger, and pre warn goes to a dual zone sensor(not the horn).
