I installed an Omega RS-7K and used the Smart Sense option. I need to program a longer cranking time for colder weather. Removing the jumper does not help. Anyone know how to program a longer crank time?

What jumper are you talking about? If you need to change the cranking time you need to go into program mode and change it there. I don`t have a manual here right now I will get one and tell you how to do it if you don`t have a manual yourself.

There are 4 jumpers inside the cover. I have a manual but it does not explain how to to enter program mode and change any settings, only how to program a new remote. I would appreciate any instructions you have on how to change cranking times.

I just looked at the manual and it says you need to power down the unit. Either disconnect your battery or pull the fuses going to the r/s unit. Hope this helps it`s all I could find.

By the way it`s jumper #4, remove it for longer crank times.
