Issues:
I think the RS999 FM I put on it is DOA, but beyond that the security light comes on and stays on after you end the remote start cycle if you've turned the key on. Also when going down the road it won't shift into OD. Any ideas or knowledge on the subject? I bypassed Passlock with Crimestopper's GMATA II and it seems to have worked other than the aformentioned.

There is a second ignition circuit in your truck that must be powered. The wire is white and is in the ignition harness. DON'T use the starter until this is done as you may have already caused damage to your transmission.

I had part of your problem with a gm, I had to connect a wire from the bypass I was using to the green key sense wire,the bypass I used had it in the instructions.

I did indeed connect that white wire in the ignition harness as a 2nd ignition. The truck is still fine when the remote starter isn't involved, it's just upon remote starting, then entering the vehicle and taking off that the transmission is an issue. No less, he's not using it because it doesn't work. Is there something else I'm missing. I actually already DOUBLE CHECKED my connection on that small guage white wire and it's fine. The only thing I didn't check was to make sure the starter was actually signaling 12V when it's supposed to.
