For those of you interested this will be the new Compustar remote. It will be introduced in January at CES.

Any idea if these will work with older systems? I installed a compustar unit this year and wasn't all that happy with the look of the remote. I did get a blue one that handles two cars, (also installed one in the wifes car).

I am interested if this remote will be backwards compatible with the 2WSS-AS... let us know if you find out.

This unit is just another toy, like the aladdin units. Perhaps one day all these toy alarms will simply disappear, and I wont have to remove them all the time. posted_image
