I'm tired of taking the radio out of these to fine the green ignition wire, anyone know some other easy place to get it??

I just looked up a picture of an install on a 2003 grand am and the guy took out the intrument cluster too.

iv searched all over the grand am's, and chev malibu,,,,the only place i can find where the wire is free enough to move to solder is behind the radio.

Remove radio, unplug ignition harness's (there's 2) pull through radio opening, this gives you 6-8" of wire to solder too. These cars take me approx 1 hour to install a starter in.

takes me approx 1 hour to get those dam tight plugs off the ignitionposted_image
