I have a question that how to hook up the led scanner,if i haven't install a starter kill relay...is that just connect the yellow wire from the scanner to the orange wire from the alarm( armed output) , red to 12+ constant and black to ground???

or do i need a diode and relay to install the scanner?????

even if you did use the output to trigger starter kill...simply diode isolate the output so they don't feedback, and trigger both...we do all the time (those varad scanners are popular!)
