Hi.

   I'm installing a voice module 516U from DEI to an aladdin A-2000 alarm-pager system. The voice module need a (-) pulse to be activated then, when I arm the alarm its ok, its says "system arm", but when I disarm it doesnt says "System disarmed".

Sometimes I disarm the alarm and the voice module continue saying  "back off".

I have conected the orange voice module wire, with the orange of the aladdin, its (-) signal when armed.  posted_image

Hey Jorge, can you scan me an image of the wiring diagram ? Is there another wire for the 516U that you hook up to a disarm wire ?
