You don't. Depending on the key you may be able to take the pellet out and glue it to the cylinder, but you will have to take the pellet out of all the keys.

if you cut the transponder out of the key and glue it to the cylander you are going to have one small problem. if your car gets stolen and the insurance company investigates they do not have to accept your claim because you defeated the biggest security feature on the car.

I didn't say it was the smartest thing, just that it could be done.

i understand i just like to let people know the concequences. i have helped ins. companies check for fraudulent claims on theft recoveries and have seen them bounce claims because if this. i thought it was a myth until i saw them do it.

Misterjimbo, I completely understand. My entire job is based solely around vehicle theft. I also work with the police so I hear all the stories. Any bypass that needs a key, wether the key is destroyed or not, to work just makes it extremely easier for a thief to steal the car.

yeah you can do that.

wrap the wire around the 3rd key about 4 times, then you want to take the 2 remaining ends, and hook them to #30 & # 87 of a relay. hook another wire to #85, and run it to the switched 12vt wire, and run #86 to the active output of the remote starter. then program the key and youre set.

good luck

dont forget to wrap the loop around the ignition cylinder too (forgot to type that part). youll want to make the loop around the cylinder twice, or it wont work
