I recently repo'ed a 2002 Ford F-350 and had a key made for it. The key works fine but the ignition doesnt switch on. I keep getting a beeping noise coming from underneath the passenger side front kick panel. It has a theft lock module on it that has a little black chip in it. The chip reads theft lock on it. The keymaker stated that he didnt know what kind of anti-theft device it had on it but the truck does not require a key with a transponder. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks!

Cut out and bypass the starter kill relay.
