viper 791xv wire diagram:
at the relay satellite (here on the last page), there is the 4 pin harness and my question is that purple starter wire. is that the second starter output or something else? there is no description or other info on this harness.

that small purple wire is a negative output in comparison to the larger positive output.  You can either loop the purple side to the second starter or use a relay to activate both starter wires.
