I have a 551t remote start that has been in and out of a few cars, but when I decided to put it in my Oldsmobile the thing seems to have quiet. I was wondering if anybody knew how I could get it repaired. DEI will not let me send it back to them directly since I am not one of there installers. Help Please.

hi just bring it to a dei retailer and they should send it back for you you may have to pay shipping

for the cost of getting it repaired you could almost buy a new one.....
