question and concern: question, prostart model ct-3100, the engine starts for about 2 sec then dies. i only hook up the pink ignition and not the other ignition wire, should i have? concern, air bags are they going to go off when i put fuse back in

You need to hook up the second igntion wire (dark green), also that vehicle has Passlock II system, what did you use to bypass it? ------------- Hak

IGNITION 1 PNK IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
IGNITION 2 GRN IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
ACCESSORY /HEATER BLOWER 1 ORG IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
STARTER YEL (+) IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
have you bypass the passlock
these wires should be powered @ remote start
need more descriptions on ur air bag concern......tell exactly whats happening.

thanx, about the passlock, do i run a constant power or ground or do i need a to buy a buy pass, i never had to worry about this on my z-34 or sunbird. about the air bags, i was not sure how they operate. i'm just learning, by the way does any one know a good book on which to start on thanx molson

As long as you did not mess with the airbag wires, they will not go off. The air bag wires are very small, usually in a yellow sleeve. As far as the bypass goes, I only use the PLDATA (FOR PASSLOCK2 1996+). Here is a link for one on ebay, great seller, I purchase alot of bypasses from him, hes very honest and ships very quickly.
