i just installed a 2 door popper kit on my chevy truck, and the "brain" it came with has an option to hook up parking lamps to it, so when the doors pop open, the lights flash.  now, out of the "brain"  there are 2 yellow wires that are labeled "parking lamps"  do i need to use both of these wires, or can i use one for the parking lamps, and the other for something else, like LEDs or somthing?

Are you sure one is not set for (+) and the other is
(-) trigger?

I would suggest that you take the time to read over the install manual to varify th exact function and its current draw capabilites.

If you require a relay, that would be very important to include, before you melt away the unit and all the hard work it took you to do this.

Just a thought

If it were me since there is a phone number there I would just call them and ask. I suspect as the others said that one is for pos and the other neg output.

most likely it has 2 pos out puts because on some imports the left and right sides are seperate and when hooking them up u use 1 wire for each side.but i would just test them with a multimeter for sure but im almost positive thats why there are two of them

OFF TOPIC: The link you provided, doesnt really make much sense to me.

Why does it say at the bottom, TRADES ONLY? There are no actual prices listed / indicated for anything there?

Is this a type of swap & trade business? There wasnt much information to be gleaned from this site.

Could it be that they are just wires going to an open contact of a relay so if you have + parking lights you connect one to a constant + and the other to the lights, and if you had - lights you connect one to a constant ground and the other to lights. Do you have a volt meter? You could check for + or - voltage or ohm out the two wires to se if they are on a n.o. contact.
