AHHH Help. My girlfriend armed her alarm on her saturn and then the battery died in the remote so she bought a ne battery but the remote wont arm/disarm anymore. the alarm is still armed so it wont let her start the car. what can she do?

oh yeah it is a factory alarm. is there any way to reset it???
