i need to turn a neg(-) pulse into a positive pulse using relays, caps, resistors.....anyone have a diagram, thanks......

86+87 : 12 volts
85 : Ground Input
30 : 12 volts output

Turn her around:

86+87 : Ground

85 : Positive Input

30 : Ground Output
