i was wondering if any one knows how to change the factory settings. i need to change the parking lights from flashing to constant so that they are on the whole time instead of flashing

any help would be apreciated

The manual doesn't show you how to do it but it somewhat easy. Here is a guide from a valet start 551t.

start from page 25 to the top of page 26 and then use the part of the guide from the 851T. Make sure that your program plug is in and turn ign. on and then off.
