Installed a bulldog 1001 in my 1990 Bronco ll today. Let me start out by saying I've been having trouble with my factory power door lock on the driver's side. So I took off the door panel and disconnected the power door lock untill I can replace motor. I then hooked up the Bulldog to the battery terminal of my starter solenoid. I set the shock sensor then armed the system. When I opened the driverside door nothing happen. When I open the passenger side door the alarm went off. The interior lights comes on which each door. I then hooked the driverside power doorlock back up and the alarm activated on the driverside and not the passenger side. The vehicle has an ultra start remote start that is hooked up to the factory power door locks. Is my problem the power door lock thats not working or something else. The power door lock was not working at all when activated.
does everything work the way it should from the ultrs start transmitters????

looks like you need seperate door triggers for each door, or what I like to do go to the dome light and test for the door trigger wire. there will be a hot, ground and a alternating wire, which is the door trigger wire.

Every thing works fine with ultra start. I wondring if its the broken power door lock breaking the circuit somehow.
