Hello all, I've dabbled with many car stereo systems but never an alarm. I've picked up a Viper 650VX alarm with tiltsensor and want to give it a go installing it. I've read the info on this site and its great, but was wondering if there are any other top notch sites out there before I dive in?  ...And yes I know how to use a multimeter.

Here is definitely the best place that I have found for alarm info and help. If you're looking for wire diagrams, I always check here first, then compare to bulldogsecurity.com; it frequently gives me a hint as to where problems with wire colors may exist. Good thing you know how to use a multimeter, you'll be using it. Good Luck.

hey Z, the thing that you might run into is that the wiring info you get from us here is for cars from the states...you can always check the colors with a meter.. post the car info and we will see what we can do.....
