you will need resistors to do door locks and factory disarm try putting a key in the ignition not turning it on  and see if it starts if it does check your bypass not familliar with bulldog havent installed them since 95 (lost alot of $$$on them)

ive done that it just doesnt want to start. i havnt put the door locks in because it really confused me but i think i might take both back and get new ones (just the modules) becaues i installed this same one on my car and i didnt have a problem at all. so i think it might be the modules are bad but any other suggestions? i cant get it to work.. thanks

if it has a factory alarm, that may be whats stopping it from starting. You will need to hook up the disarm wire.

check your tach signal, or are you RS by voltage type?  Factory disarm shouldn't  be making the vehicle not start.

Did you use a starter disable relay in your installation ? If so make sure that the starter wire from the remote start unit is attached on the MOTOR side of the relay and not on the SWITCH side.
