THIS IS A LOT OF INFO, SO I JUST PUT MY WORDS IN CAPS TO MAKE THEM DISTINGUISHABLE FROM YOURS, AND USING BOLD AND ITALICS IS A PAIN.

This is the first Pin

Black w / YELLOW trace wire: connect to wire for starter motor, (+) 12v when ignition key is turned to start: I have connected to BLACK/ white wire for starter.
GOOD

Blue wire: connect to ACC: I have connected to Yellow wire from ACC
GOOD

Red wire: +12v power source: I have connected to white wire
GOOD

Yellow wire Ignition #1: I have connected to BLACK / YELLOW
GOOD

Green Wire Ignition #2: I’m clueless
GOOD, you dont have a 2nd Ignition
----------------------------------------------

Now for the confusing pin…

Blue wire for dome light: I have connected to GREEN/ red wire.
GOOD

Grey/black wire for tach: I have connected to blue wire from distributer
GOOD

ORANGE / white for trunk pin switch: I cannot find this wire!! Help!! I have no GREEN/ black wire stated in the wiring diagram!
LOOK FOR THIS WIRE IN A BLUE PLUG ABOVE THE FUSEBOX (IT SHOULD HAVE 2 SILVER DOTS ON IT)

Purple wire: anti carjack switch for input (-): I don’t know!
ME NEITHER

GREEN/ black wire for parking light output: I connected RED / black
GOOD

GREEN/ YELLOW parking light wire: Connected to RED / black
UM! NOW I'M CONFUSED (WHY 2 WIRES FOR PARKING LIGHTS, ARE YOU CERTAIN ONE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO GO TO 12V+ FOR THE POLARITY?)

Grey Wire: Siren Output: I connected to siren wire
GOOD, TO THE RED WIRE ON THE SIREN, AND THE BLACK WIRE GOES TO GROUND

Blue/black wire for door switch negative trigger input (-): I connected this with domelight, problem with this is that if I hook it up with domelight, it tells me that my door is open! Help me fix this!
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY

ORANGE / gay wire for hood switch: I used a hood pin button type thing.
OK, GOOD CHOICE

Blu/white wire to disarm active output 300ma (-): I have no idea….
ME NEITHER, YOU DONT NEED IT THOUGH

SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? HAVE YOU TRIED TO REMOTE START THE VEHICLE? DOES THE ALARM WORK EXCEPT FOR THE DOOR TRIGGER AND DOME LIGHT ISSUE? I HOPE YOU TESTED ALL OF TH EWIRES BEFORE INSTALLING WIRES.

I have a remote start/alarm(no name branded).  I have the alarm installed correctly.  It's functional and working except that I can't figure out how to program the darn thing.  My override button doesn't seem to want to work on me.

Anyways, the remote start feature.  I have all the wires hooked up according to the diagram for my 92 civic.  The only problem is that I do not know why it won't start.  On my 2 way pager it says that my Ebrake is unlodged all the time, even when it is lodged.  Any ideas on how it is detecting the ebrake?  I have a brake wire but it says to connect to the brake wire so I did.  It says I can hook it up to the Ebrake also but I'll need a diode and I have no clue on how to go about hooking it up so I just had it wired to the brake wire.  Could this be the problem?  Any help would be helpful.

Yes that is your problem. The wire that the e-brake is supposed to connect to requires a (-) signal and most brake wires rest at ground or 0 so the CPU thinks that the e-brake is on. If there is a designated e-brake wire, then run a wire straight to the e-brake wire under the console area. This doesn't take long ( about 10 minutes ) to take apart the plastic around that area.

okay...what does it mean to put car in audible mode?  I'm trying to figure out how to program the rest of my alarm.  Got remote start to work.  This is the last thing I'm having trouble with.

Audible mode usually means that it will chirp to confirm certain function like lock doors ( 1 chirp ) unlock doors ( 2 chirps ). If you turn off the function od audible mode, it will silent arm and silent disarm.
