i had an ungo ms 2007 and i tried to hook up a "mag siren", another horn, plus a piezo "pain" alarm in addition to the horn with the system and it worked for awhile. but then, it all stopped working.
i assume i messed something up
so im ordering a replacement one
my question is, how many horns can i hookup safely without killing my system
is there a certain way i should be hooking it up?
i just spliced into the existing horn wires to use the other 2 horns
thanks

If the unit no longers sounds anything what so ever. Even with one siren attached, then more than likely you have burnt out the alarms siren out put driver.
Most alarms siren output can sustain 2-5 amps continous. You should have added in a relay to increase the current capacity.
Assuming the unit is not dead, then wire a relay as follows below. Other wise, go and have it repaired.
87 = 12 volt fused constant
86 = Ground
85 = From alarm siren output
30 = To additional siren(s)

Yes you sure can all you have to do is wire relays for the second horn and siren. ------------- "Big" Mike
