Hi all, I have a question about wiring my aux channel to power my cd player by way of remote. I am using a Clifford Solaris with a negative aux out. I believe I can set it to be latched. Anyway I had a question about wiring a relay in. Here is what i percieve to be the correct wiring, correct me if i am wrong.
85 = "-" aux channel from alarm
86 = constant 12v fused? if so what amperage
30 = constant 12v fused? if so...
87 = 12v line that turns on cd player
I was wondering if I turn on my cd player with the remote and it turns on my deck, will power travel back down and power everything on the acc. line? like wipers or whatever else turns on when i turn the key to acc or other positions. Do i have to diode it?
Thanks in advance,
Dustin

You can just cut the switched power wire to the radio, wire it up like above except hook 30 to the cd player side of the cut wire, 87a to the ignition switch side of the cut wire, and 87 to constant 12v+. 10 amps should be a good fuse value.
