Do you know any wiring diagram software ?
Need to translate some manuals and I need some software to draw the schematics.

I use either Corel or Autodesk. Corel might be expensive for a few diagrams so try Autodesk a lighter version of AutoCad and sells for about $100 canadian but very powerful.
This isn't what your looking for but it's a fun and free program for PCBoard layout that you can add to your favorites. You never know. . .

you may be looking for  a program called "wiremagic"  expensive, and requires updates often, you could try "omega" it is ok too

WireMagic is a Vehicle Wiring database not a program for drawing schematics. . . .
