I'm installing an Astrostart 2100 in a 2003 GMC Sierra. The unit has one Accessory output and one Innition output, but the truck has two wores for each. Do I hook the one wire from the unit to both wores under the dash?

No, use a relay for the 2nd Acc and 2nd Ignition. There should be a programmable relay on board you can use for the 2nd Ignition.
