Did you test all the wires at the light box left of the steering wheel. It's usually in there.

It should be in the main Harness that runs across the lower part of the steering column.

As mentioned there is a thick harness of wires in the underdash area that has the brown (+) park light wire. The harness runs left to right and you will see it as soon as you pull the underdash panel off. Most likely more than 1 brown wire in there so be sure to test them! Good luck,

Mike

Use the BROWN / WHITE wire for the connection . I just did a 2003 and used the BROWN / WHITE wire ( there was no BROWN wire either in this Trailblazer ) and it worked out fine.

I too tried using the wires from the headlamp switch on the dash. Unfortunately it only works briefly-- if i remember correctly, when the RAP turns off, the parking lamps wouldn't work anymore either.

I used the brown wire in the large bundle of wires by the steering column. May take a few tries to get the right one, but at least it works. It's toward the center of the bundle. It's also a slightly heavier gauge then the first few you will encounter.
