i installed a remote starter with keyless entry in a 1999 Jetta. Everything works except the keyless entry. The wires in the vehicle dont jive with the the remote starter manufactures documentation. I also compared the wires with other sources to try and figure this out. I have installed this same system in 3 other vehicles with out any problems, so i'm very familiar with the remote starter. When I checked the wires at the drivers lock/unlock switch i can only find 1 wire that responds to the lock/unlock switch. It appears to be supplying a ground. When I connect the remote starter wire to this wire it does actuate the door lock, however I cant find another wire which activates the door lock in the opposite direction. Does any one know what type of door lock system is in this vehicle? Is this some type of special setup?

thanks for any info
