what one should i use?

what is the" W/o Keyless Entry Reverse Polarity (5 Wire) "

i currently do not have keyless entry

my wiring schem. shows  a wht wire and lt blue from switches to door lock relay 4 door.

does this mean i use the -trigger or +

If your truck did not come with keyless entry then you have 5 wire door locks which is
