I bought a command start 2400 some days ago but when tried to install it in my 1993 honda civic I found that I had a module that keeps me from starting my car if I don't do anything more than just turn the key in the keyhole (I don't know the model and it came with my car). Is there a way to install my starter and bypass the module so that this module always works and the same thing for my starter.

Thanks in advance

Is this a something the previous owner added?  Can you describe what it actually does?  Is there an alarm on the car already?

Just take the starter output from the CS2400 and put it on the motor side of the starter wire. This will bypass the add on disable module and allow you to remote start the car.
