I have a problem. I installed a two-way alarm/remote start/keyless in an 03 Toyota Camry. This car is Satan. To explain would take too long, but I'm sure when you read my question, you will somewhat understand.
I need to know where the Body ECM is. I'm not talking about the ECU located behind the glove box, but the one that controls the dome light dimmer. Right now the dome light stays on all the time even with the doors closed. I was talking to a mechanic friend back east who had an 03 Camry available. He stuck his head under the dash and said he saw it. He described it as a small yellow box attatched to the fuse holder. The problem is that the car I am working on doesn't have any yellow box anywhere under the dash.
I also talked to the local Toyota dealership, and they don't know where it is either. I have coppied the wiring diagrams for this circuit from the dealerships books, but it doesn't include locations of the items. So I am hoping that one of you guys may know.
Thanks for any help.

Stupid question, but have you tried checking the position of the domelight switch?
I thought all the ECUs for the body were behind the glovebox in the new Camrys.
New camrys have the module located in the driver kick close to the firewall I believe. Check your wiring make sure your door trigger/dome sup wire isn't grounded out anywhere or feeding back. Let us know what you come up with!
