HELP!! i been trying to figure this out.  ok , this is the situation:

everything on the alarm works fine, except for the siren and light flash output.  I connected the Brown SIren wire to my siren but when the alarm goes off, there is no sound emitted.  Also, i connected the light flash output to the respective left/right wires of the car, and there is very little output.   i measured with a multimeter, and the brain was putting out <1v for the siren, and 1.0v for the lights.  shouldnt it be putting out 12volts??  do i have a defective brain?  thats what i came to the conclusion of, because wen i send 12volts to my siren, it works,... likewise to my lights.  ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.  thanks!!
