I installed a keyless entry system this weekend. Every thing is working. However, I was not able to locate the Horn, and door triger input wires. Can you give me specific help on location and wire color.

Horn is d. blue (-) @ a small connector to the right of the steering column. Door trigger is BLACK/ blue (+) in the drivers kick panel running along the door sill and covers all doors. Good luck,

Ford puts their horn trigger in the same plug as the airbag wires.

Thanks for you specific instructions. I will try them this weekend. What should I consider before disconnecting the air bag wires?

"What should I consider before disconnecting the air bag wires?"

There is no reason to disconnect the air bag wires..I would definately recommend NOT disconnecting the clockspring harness..Put your meter to read DC volts and test the thin dark blue wire in the small connector to the right of the steering column. If there is no dark blue look for a yellow/blue. It should sit at ~ 12 volts or so and voltage goes away when you push the horn. Good luck,

Mike
