I want to be able to turn on my stereo by pressing one of my auxillary buttons for my alarm.  I have a Matrix I installed and have one accessory wire available (Channel 3).  This is sending a - 200mA signal when the button is pressed.  Can I hook this wire to a relay to be able to feed power to the stereo even if the key isn't in the ignition?

Check out the section on Relays on this site. Great references for all kinds of applications, including pulse to latch.
