what brand of CDL do you have....

most of them have two wires that are neg trigger wires.

if you ground them, they will operate each way..they may show 12v until you operate the locks.

you should be able to hook up to those wires.

you will need a neg door lock output from the alarm.

Not familiar with that model of spal but generally those spal central locking kits come with the actuators themselves and a small relay box. If you look at the plug on the relay box there will be a thin brown wire and a thin purple. Each pin should have 2 of the same color wire stuffed into it (meaning 2 browns are in one pin and 2 purples are in another pin). You want to use the brown and purple wires (-) to tap your keyless entry module wires into. Be sure to test first and make sure they are the correct wires and determine which is which. And since they are both stuffed into the same pin and are a central locking kit you only need to tap one of them no need for both driver and pass. Good luck,

Mike

Hey NowYaKnow,

I have the same 148 kit. It is just SPAL's 2-door central locking kit. Your description fits the wiring for SPAL's M5 module perfectly! I'm getting ready to integrate this into my Viper alarm now that I've got it somewhat sorted out. I have found that the purple wires, when grounded, cause the actuators to lock.  Ground the brown wires and they unlock. So, seems straight-forward to connect the green wire from the lock harness to the purple and the blue to the brown. However, my question is do I need to diode isolate the wires from the lock harness? If so, which way would they face?

Thanks!
