I recently bought a Honda Civic for my daughter, and it has a security system,  but only came with one FOB (remote) for arming/disarming the system.    I thought perhaps if I left a few photo's, it may be helpful in someone possibly recognizing the brand, where I could then try to find a new one to have programmed like the one we got with the car?

Thanks...

Sorry, for some reason the .jpg didn't show up for these.   Is there not an "edit" to fix errors?    I'll try again...thanks.

Well, so much for not being able to edit!    These 3 photos are under 30K in size, and all have a name, and are .jpg files.   They photo's showed up fine while typng my message, but not so after hitting the "submit"?

Hopefuly I can get some guidance on getting this right...sorry again.

Dale

I think that you have to get the images hosted on a web site first.  Then you can type in their urls here. Try imagestation.com I think its free.

You've got to have your file extensions visible to upload onto the server. A quick right-click and properties shows that no extensions are coming through on those you are trying to link. These are the ".jpg", ".jpeg", ".gif", ".bit", etc. after the filenames.

Yes, I noticed that, yet they are all named Honda1.jpg  when looking at them on my computer.   I've already made the changes, as per the instructions here, but they obviously are still not working for some reason.   I will try again later...and perhaps will reboot, to refresh everything perhaps that might help?

I've uploaded over 100 photo's onto Webshots with no problems in the past, as well as onto other forums, again no problem, so I'm not quite sure what it is.

Thanks for your reply.

Dale
