Post your wire colors that you used and we can better troubleshoot for a solution. IT's probably an IGN or ACC wire that you need to power up or it's the bypass module that you used that is not programmed or the key is not in the right position.

Does anything work at all? Did you hook up the parking light output? If so, do the lights flash at all when you try to remote start, or when you press lock or unlock? How are you bypassing the immobilizer? More information that is clearly presented and perhaps a paragragh describing in detail what is working, not working, or any other information you can think of would make troubleshooting much easier for anyone interesated in helping.

ok the parking lights work but when i try to progam the tach the lights turn on then turn off but i dont get the 2 fast and 2 slow like its says i should. i am using a cut off key to bypass and i know that it works because the truck will start with it.

Where did you find your tach source? you may need to find a new tach source. Also make sure you are programming it when the engine is warm and try turning the fans on, and whatever else to lower the RPM's.

Tach wire:
on the 4.2L it is a dk. blue/lt. green at the coil pack on top of the motor.
On the 4.6L go to any of the 8 ignition coils and use the wire that is not RED / green.
On the 5.4L it is a lt. GREEN / WHITE at the coil on the passenger side of the motor between the fuel injectors.

Here are the ignition and accesory wires necessary for remote start:

12V|yellow & lt. grn/pur|+  |ignition harness
STARTER|RED / lt. blue        |+  |ignition harness
IGNITION|dk. blue/lt. green  |+  |ignition harness
SECOND IGNITION|gray / YELLOW         |+  |ignition harness
ACCESSORY|RED / black           |+  |ignition harness
SECOND ACCESSORY|BLACK/ green         |+  |ignition harness

Also, which door trigger did you use ? The (+) or the (-) one ? If you used the (-) one, did you diode isolate this wire from the hood as per instructions ?

I would recomend replacing the jumber on the units pc board to put it back in automatic transmission mode until you get the starter working. This way you can test the tach and the immobilizer bypass as well as all your other connections. Once it works flawlessly, then pull the jumper and hook up the door pin and e-brake connections(dont worry about the hood pin or the clutch bypass yet) Then if everything is working you can diode isolate the hood and door pins and bypass the clutch. This is bay far the best way to isolate the problem. Right now there are too many possibilities.
